RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, kindly inform us.
  2. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement of same product (if available) or another product of the same value is issued to you with no additional cost. Any difference in the cost arising due to different selection will be payed by customer.
  3. Returns or Exchanges will not be applicable on products with minor irregularities with respect to stitches, printing and colour difference or crafting irregularities. 
  4. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
  5. For domestic customers, Please inform us about the defect, if any,  within 2 days of delivery and the return should happen within 7 days after informing us about the defect otherwise we would not be able to help you with any kind of exchange/ refund or return whichever suitable. Refund will be made to the provided customers account within 2 - 3 working days upon receiving the original product from the customer and post inspection of the returned item.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
  2. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging or if the product is customized for you.
  3. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons

REFUND POLICY 

  1. For Domestic Orders, refund will be made to the provided customers account within 2 - 3 working days upon receiving the original product from the customer and post inspection of the returned item. No refund or exchange for sarees with fall/ picot.
  2. For International Orders, refund will be processed via Paypal. No refund or exchange for sarees that is ready with fall/ picot to be dispacthed.
      INTERNATIONAL RETURN/REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY

      Currently we do not have any return/refund/exchange policy for international customers.

       

      NO EXCHANGE POLICY

      If you have received the product it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where there are genuine defects found with the products. We, strictly, do not have returns on the basis of your choice and selection upon receiving the product. You may wish to enquire before placing the order.

      All our Bohochic products are lovingly handcrafted by skilled artisans, craftsmen, weavers, and tribal women residing in remote craft clusters across India. Therefore, any irregularities you may observe in stitches, colors, and prints are not flaws but rather affirmations of their handmade authenticity, distinguishing them from mass-produced items.

       Differences in colors may arise from technical variations, and the color settings on different screens (such as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices) can vary. Consequently, the color of the product you see online may slightly differ from its physical appearance. We strive to provide accurate and natural representations of our products through our imagery.

      The weather conditions play a crucial role in the creation of hand block prints and natural dyes. Thus, minor variations in prints and colors may occur depending on the prevailing weather conditions at the time of production. These natural variations are not considered defects but rather reflections of the craftsmanship involved.

      Intricate weaving inconsistencies or small fabric imperfections are inherent to the handmade process and are not indicative of defects. 

      CANCELLATION POLICY

      Domestic Orders

      1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 4-5 hours of placing the order. 
      2. For the cancelled order that has already been dispatched, the shipping and reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer only and the actual product value will be refunded on receiving the product in original condition

      Sarees with fall and picot stitching done are not eligible for return/ replacement /cancellation.

        International Orders

        1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order.
        2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Else only the product value gets refunded on receiving the product in original condition. Reverse shipping will be borne by the customer only.

        Sarees with fall and picot stitching done are not eligible for return/ replacement/cancellation.

        We advise thoroughly reading the product descriptions before making a purchase to ensure a complete understanding of the item.
